Flooring & Wall tiling
- Vitrified tile flooring in all rooms, kitchen and balconies (Kajaria / Simpolo / Somany / AGL / RAK / Cera or equivalent).
- Toilets: Tiles for flooring and walls up to false ceiling.
- Kitchen: A working platform with granite top and stainless steel sink with drain board (Franke / Nirali / Prince or equivalent). Tile dado above working platform up to a height of 50 cm.
C P fittings & Sanitary fixtures
- C P fittings & Wall hung EWC sanitary fixtures (Kohler / Grohe /Vitra / Queo / Jaquar or equivalent).
- Concealed Flush Tank & Wall Plate (Kohler / Grohe / Vitra / Queo / Geberit or equivalent).
- Exhaust fan provision and geyser provision in all toilets. Single lever diverter with shower in all toilets.

All internal walls & ceilings putty finishing with plastic Emulsion paint (Asian / Jotun / Indigo or equivalent).

Generator back up for common facilities such as lifts, common lighting, pumps etc. and inside each flat up to 1000 watts for 3 bhks and 750 watts for 2 bhks for lights, fans, TV etc.
